STEP 1: Contact Us
To get started, simply reach out to us through any of our channels. Whether it’s a phone call, email, or social media message, we’re here to assist you.
STEP 2: Initial Consultation
After contacting us, we’ll schedule an initial consultation to better understand your needs and vision. This can be done through a web or phone call, or if you prefer, we can arrange a face-to-face meeting. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your uniform preferences, including Pantone colors, graphic designs, and team logos. We’ll also present you with a range of styles, patterns, and fabric options to choose from. To ensure accuracy, we’ll show you visual customization examples and provide sizing charts and kits. We even offer in-person sizing events upon request.
Within 24 – 48 hours of the initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a custom quote tailored to your specific requirements.
STEP 3: Accept Quote
Once you’ve reviewed the quote and are satisfied with the details, simply confirm your acceptance. At this point, the design process will commence within 72 hours. Within 3-5 business days, you’ll receive 3D digital mockups of your customized uniforms. We offer 2 FREE revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. Additional revisions are available for a fee. Once the design is finalized through email approval, we’ll proceed to the next step.
STEP 4: Production
With the approved design in hand, our dedicated factories will begin creating your uniforms, ensuring tight quality control every step of the way. Our production team is committed to prioritizing quality and attention to detail throughout the process. On average, the turnaround time for production, including shipping, is approximately 30 – 45 days. Rest assured that your uniforms will be crafted with precision and care.
